Fair rules for held bays
A held bay is kept just for you, so someone else waits when it sits empty. Show up or cancel in time and you pay nothing extra.

Questions
Will it work with my car?
Almost certainly. Every charger has Tesla (NACS) and CCS plugs, which cover most EVs sold in the US. Older cars that use CHAdeMO need their own adapter.
Do I have to book ahead?
No. Booking is optional. Open bays are first come, first served.
When am I charged?
Booking saves your card without charging it. You pay for the energy you use when you unplug, plus the $1.99 booking fee if you’re not a member.
Can I pay without an account?
Yes. Tap any card or phone at the charger, or use the code on the screen.
What if I’m running late?
Your bay is held until 15 minutes after your start time. After that, the booking is released and the no-show fee applies.
How fast will I charge?
As fast as your car accepts: up to 400 kW on our fastest charger and up to 180 kW on the others. When two cars share a charger, each gets about half.
When do you open?
We’re planning to open in 2027. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you first.
Can I cancel a membership?
Yes, anytime. Your member rate lasts until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
