What we collect
- Waitlist: your name, email, phone if you give it, preferred language, car, plug type, preferred charging times, how often you’d charge, and whether you drive for a rideshare or delivery service.
- Fleet and contact forms: your name, company, email, phone and message.
- Technical information: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site.
This site stores your language and text-size choices in your browser so they’re remembered next time. We don’t use advertising cookies or trackers.
How we use it
To reply to you, tell waitlist members when reservations open, plan how many chargers and booking times we need, and improve our service.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the site and contact you, such as our website host, Replit, which stores form submissions, and our email provider. We don’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or [period] after the hub opens if you don’t become a customer.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and unsubscribe from emails at any time. California residents have additional rights under state privacy law. To make a request, use the contact form. We won’t treat you differently for making a request.
Children
This site isn’t directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top.
